Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by ARO (Architecting Responsive Outcomes), including architecture, digital systems, branding, communication, and related consultancy services. By engaging with aro, the client agrees to these terms.

ARO operates across multiple domains including Architecture & Built Environment, Digital Systems & Technology, Branding & Design Systems, Communication & Advertising, and Research, Strategy & Integration. Each project scope will be clearly defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

ARO provides design, consulting, and system-based solutions. Architectural services include design, planning, and documentation. Digital services include development of websites, software, and AI systems. Branding and communication services include identity creation and strategic positioning. ARO does not guarantee specific financial, commercial, or performance outcomes unless explicitly agreed.

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete project information, review and respond within agreed timelines, make payments as per the agreed schedule, and obtain necessary approvals, permits, or statutory clearances unless included in scope.

Fees will be defined in project proposals. Payments are typically milestone-based. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services. Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

Reasonable revisions are included within scope. Major changes or scope deviations may incur additional charges. ARO reserves the right to evaluate and quote for additional work.

All designs, drawings, concepts, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of ARO until full payment is received. Upon full payment, usage rights are granted to the client for the intended project. ARO retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

ARO shall not be held liable for execution errors by contractors or third parties, delays caused by external factors, or losses arising from misuse of designs or systems. All services are provided with professional diligence but without absolute guarantees.

Projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, or consultants. ARO is not responsible for their independent performance or policies.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Work completed until termination will be billed. Deliverables will be shared proportionate to payment received.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
